On the left side you see the readout and control electronics, in the middle there is the scanning machine with seven temperature controlled supports (blocks) installed. The associated electronic boards are attached on the side. The pipes provide the nitrogen flow from the gas control system located on the right hand side. In front some of the control terminals are visible.
